This and That

I had a long dream last night that I was making an elaborate dinner. I kept cooking and cooking and cooking only to find out that when I was ready for everyone to sit down to eat, two of my guests had already finished their meals and were ready to go home! Then I couldn’t find the tea kettle…

Didn’t do much today, which was kind of nice. Mr. DJ worked on tax stuff, Roxi and I cooked a lot (hmmmmmm). We made stuff we hardly ever cook, including sushi, Texas-style chicken fried chicken (with a wine gravy–it was good!) and apple strudel.
