One thing I didn’t realize I would miss so much is my grill. I guess I must have used it at least twice a week back in Texas. I had this really cute, really small, really cheap grill that was just the right size for the three of us. Well, this one is that baby’s bigger, badder cousin.
Oh, yeah. That’s what I’m talking about. My new Weber Grill.I’ve never had a chimney starter, either. Let me tell you, if you grill, get one of these. They really do work and all you need to start your fire is some newspaper.
Chimney starter filled with lumpwood charcoal. If I only had some mesquite chips to throw in too.
I’m making chicken, using an indirect flame. I’ve never tried that before, but this grill comes with some arms that hold the charcoal off to the side. We’ll see how that goes.
