UGH. I have had a running list of things to buy while we are in Texas. It is getting alarmingly long.

The weather is obnoxiously fine here this week. Sun all through the week, temperatures in the 50s-70s (today 50-69-degrees), with humidity in the 50-70% range. In Texas, it’s supposed to be 70s-90s. At this moment it is 79% humidity there. That would be at 2:30 in the morning.
Imagine temperatures in the low 50s with a northeasterly breeze blowing 13 mph. Relative humidity? 66%. Sun out, birds singing, air clear and fresh. Gosh, I love mornings in England. I love it when it rains too. When it’s cold outside and warm and snug inside. But that is for another day. Today, well, today is nearly perfect. Wish I could bottle it up and send it to you. Or maybe you could just come see for yourself?
