The White Cliffs

We spent a fairly wet Sunday afternoon at Dover Castle. I’ll post more later, but for now, here’s something look at:

The white chalk cliffs from St. Margaret’s Bay, England.

It’s raining today–kind of a steady rain. It’s still on the light side, but it’s more than we’ve seen since we moved to England in February. I have heard this kind of rain described as “torrential” by the locals. Roxi’s friend’s mother said that it rains here at the end of June for the tournaments at Wimbledon.

I’ve turned up the heat a bit, just to take the chill off. Today, the high will be 57! I think the lows will be in the 40s on Wednesday and Thursday.

Did I mention how much we love England’s weather? We really do!
