Things to do on my holiday in Texas

See our dog!
Walk on the beach
Drink a frozen margarita with salt (ok, maybe a third of one, I’m a cheap date)
Eat Tex-Mex
Go shopping for art supplies
Visit with family and friends
Go on a date with my husband
Sit in Starbucks and listen to people talk Texas
Go shopping after 7pm
Eat some barbecue
Eat massive quantities of Blue Bell
Go to Sephora
Celebrate Roxi’s 13th birthday one month early with her Texas friends
Take pictures
Go to Target (ha ha!)
Visit our doctors
.
PS My new blog header features the Savill Garden Building all lit up for the holidays. Isn’t it pretty? It is a very unusual building designed by Glenn Howells Architects. There is a lovely cafe and interesting shop inside, and if you fancy a bit of fresh air, you can go for a quick winter stroll in the gardens. They are free this month (December 2007), normally £7 for adults. Now isn’t that nice? Here’s a link to their Opening Times and Charges.
