Three things I can’t live without*

My journal. This is the one I used in Prague. It is from Texas Art Supply. Unfortunately, I can’t remember the brand, but it has watercolor paper in it. Right now, I am in a 5.5″ x 8.5″ Strathmore Sketch, which is a book I use a lot when I feel the need for spirals and LOTS of writing and art (they’re cheap). I like this size so much that I had a custom leather wrap cover made for it by Ple Designs. Yummy! I also use Moleskine sketchbooks, yummy times two. My muse is giving me a box full of journals for Christmas. What? Doesn’t your muse buy you stuff?
Ok, there is a fourth thing I can’t live without–all my art supplies.
Oh, all right, let’s do six more and call it an even 10: books, music, coffee, good food, travel, and tea time.
* of course family and friends are a given ♥ ♥ ♥

I bought my computer in 5/02 and it’s also a Sony Vaio. I’ve never had a computer last anywhere near that long without desperately needing to be upgraded or committing suicide on it’s own.
Laurie–When my last laptop was stolen out of my car I decided to get this little number. I use it everyday for more hours than I really should admit. It’s worth every penny.
I bought a Sony Vaio at my now defunct job a few years ago to replace a stolen Dell> It was so much better than the Dell.
I can’t live without my Moto Pebl cell phone, Macintosh G4, and 3 moleskin cahlers journals. 1 for textile/fashion related, 1 for general day stuff, and one is my “not so big life” work book.
and of course family and friends…
Susan–I had to look up Moto Pebl, since Blackberry’s had me in their clutches for ages. I don’t even shop around when I need a new phone! What color do you have? I do wish the BB Pearls came in something other than black and white. Sometimes It’s hard to find my phone in the middle of my, um, mess.
