I’m no fashonista, but I’m not convinced this is really a good thing

We saw this window display while shopping in a neighboring town. The ruffles were, uh, impressive in person (click photo to get a closer look). I think you’d have to be a stick to be able to carry this one off. Photo taken with my Blackberry Pearl because that’s all I had!

it’s nice!!! you have cool taste. the dress has such a classic yet modern look to it, right? nice!!! :D hope you enjoyed your thanksgiving. :)
Must be a bitch to iron.
Acey–I am sure it would look splendid on you! Thanksgiving was very nice, thank you.
Moannie–Haha! Maybe it’s biodegradable ;-)
Yes, this might go on the “Dubious Dress” list!
I’m wandering round New York snapping up pictures of glitzy stuff I’d never wear!
That’s pretty funny! I agree, you’d have to be a total stick or else very brave.
you know that seems to be the fashion these days, all the tops seem like maternity wear that only looks good on skinny people.
I keep seeing dresses like this. What the hell? Are we supposed to look like a clump?
Anyway, I bet you can hear the woman coming a mile away. Do you think it chafes the arms when walking?
Oh, that’s adorable! Unfortunately, ruffles and pleats are not my friends.
Elizabeth–A new kind of window shopping, eh? Hahah!
Alyson–Right!
Christine–Yeah, there are lots and lots of those tops here.
Chris–I was thinking the same thing about arms. I’m pretty sure I’d have some sort of rash after wearing that all night.
Laurie–Me either!
It might look good on a poodle.
Rebecca–LOL!
I had no idea VAT had dropped. Need to stop blogging and start reading more, I guess!
Susanna–It really only makes a big difference on huge purchases, I think. Still, 2.5% is 2.5%!
