I’d love to have one of those bikes but I hear they are very unwieldy. Hard to ride and takes a lot of strain to get going. They look so cool though :) I’d love to toss my dogs in the front and go for a ride!
Awww what a lovely picture and I love the dog. I found you through WW and love your blog, it looks very interesting and I would love to read from beginning to present when I have the time to come back and enjoy at my leisure. Which I will !

What a great find and capture! She might not be so cute for too much longer, though! We don’t know the puddles that lie ahead that could change the image rather dramatically!
I’ve been living almost 7 years in NL now and I’m still fascinated by the variety of bikes they have here. These “bakfietsen” are so practical!
Another matter is riding a bike in this sort of weather… they are brave people! :o)
I’m pretty sure I don’t look that cute either! Enough with the snow already…we have sun today but really cold. I’m so ready to ride my bike in spring like weather!!! Have a wonderful Wednesday!

Tough bunch those Europeans. It’s almost impossible to get very many people here to even ride a bike, much less in the snow.

I admire mothers with style – I was such a mess toting around little ones. I love the snowy branch in the post below. I’m envious of your snow. We’ve had none in February in Maine – it’s all in the south.

Every morning when I am walking to the end of my street there is a crowd of these mommy-mobiles hitched to the coffee shop. And the moms are gathered around a big table laughing and visiting. I want so much to be right in there with them.
