A few more photos from the Weekend

The snowdrops glowed.
The woodpeckers made deep knocking noises on the trunks of trees.
Beautiful rose-ringed parakeets graced the bare branches.
And a happy dog raced through the woods.

Great pictures…especially love your dog one! Have a wonderful week.
Thanks, Kathy. She looks like I felt :-)
BEAUTIFUL photos!!! I had no idea there were parakeets there!
Aren’t those parakeets lovely? I’ve seen them in England too. For some reason I thought they were Tropical birds…
lovely photos…spring’s my favourite time of year.
Christine, every Spring I think to myself, “Ha! I’ve beaten you again, Winter!” ;-)
those snowdrops make me happy!
Me too! I never saw them back in Texas, that’s for sure!
We have snowdrops too – lovely! :)
I love them–to me, they say “Spring is almost here”.
That second photo is exquisite! But obviously not a pretty as Trudy.
Thank you, Emm! :-)
When I see these wonderful pictures I can feel the Spring.
btw.We are living just a short plane ride away from you; to the North: The Viking Capital.
So know you know in which City Hall you can find this floor deco.
Have you heard about this blogger event:

Ah, I did wonder, TorAa. One day I would love to visit your lovely city.
I will try the link again a little later–it’s not working for me right now.
That tree could be in my yard – if it was snow covered. Here the woodpeckers prefer tapping on the house – just outside my window.
Lovely shots. Thanks for sharing.
Yikes! You still have snow, DogsMom? And I think your woodpeckers need a lesson in manners. Tapping on your house, just outside your window, indeed! Maybe your snow covered trees are too cold for them.
Deep gratefulness for the sun! It’s still so COLD, though. It’s usually 10-12 degrees by now.
I’ve seen green parakeets in England, too. They are a strange sight, though.
Bee, I have a terrible longing to be in England right now. I know it will be beautiful here once everything starts to bloom, but I really am missing Springtime in England.
