Thanks for all your nice comments and well wishes for our move! The movers arrived at 8:30 this morning–just three guys this time. Maybe more will come to help load the truck on Thursday? I think that is what happened last time.
Apart from answering a few questions, our hard work is done for now. We are a little tired…
Yesterday, we took Roxi to a nearby town to meet up with a couple of close friends for one last goodbye. As they were wandering around, they ran into a mutual friend, one who went to this school and then ended up in Roxi’s school in England at the tail end of last year and continued there this year. He stopped in to see friends here in the Netherlands before moving on to New Zealand. It really is a small world.
Anyway, here’s what Mr. DJ and I did while we waited ;-)
We had broodjes (sandwiches) too.
And when Roxi was done… we had gelato :-)
